Elective Surgery Europe offers comprehensive patient assistance services to patients coming to Belgium for medical treatment or elective surgery, including:

Selecting the most experienced and competent surgeon for the medical treatement or elective surgery;

- Communicating with the surgeon for advice on the most appropriate surgery in Belgium, based on the information provided;
- Identifying and booking the most suitable date for surgery in Belgium;
- Organising pre-operative examinations (e.g. MRI scan) and consultation with the Belgian doctor (typically on the day before the operation);
- Reserving a hotel or B&B for the night prior to admission in the Belgian hospital, if necessary;
- Picking you up at the Brussels Midi Eurostar station, or any other agreed place, on your arrival in Belgium for medicla treatment;
- Escorting you to the Belgian hospital and assisting you through admission and installation in your room;
- Visiting you in the hospital on the day after the surgery or on call, when assistance is required;
- Escorting you back to the Brussels Midi Eurostar station, or any other agreed place, at the end of your stay in Belgium;
- Following-up with you by email or by telephone in the following weeks;
- Providing you with a detailed invoice for reimbursement by your insurance company (or NHS).
